Water Meters – Replacement Of Water Meters In The Lubaczów Commune. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Replacement Of Water Meters In The Lubaczów Commune. As Part Of The Task, The Ordering Party Envisages The Use Of The Option Right Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law. As Part Of The Basic Order, The Following Scope Of Delivery Is Planned: A) Replacement Of 2,455 Dn 15 Water Meters. As Part Of The Optional Scope Of The Order, The Following Scope Of Delivery Is Planned: A) Option No. 1 - Replacement Of Max. 513 Dn 15 Water Meters (So-Called Second Meters In Households); B) Option No. 2 – Replacement Of Max. 654 Dn 15 Water Meters (So-Called Submeters In Households); C) Option No. 3 – Replacement Of Max. 68 Water Meters In Public Buildings, Including: • Replacement Of Max. 54 Pcs. Water Meters Dn 15; • Replacement Max. 9 Pcs. Water Meters Dn 20; • Replacement Max. 5 Pieces Of Water Meters Dn 32. The Scope Of Supplies Planned For Execution As Part Of The Task Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Basic Scope And Optional Scope). The Condition For The Ordering Party To Exercise The Option Right Will Be To Have Financial Resources For The Order Covered By The Option Right Resulting, Among Others, From: From Achieving Savings In The Tender Procedure And From Obtaining Additional Financial Resources. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Exercise The Option Right, Depending On Financial Possibilities, In Full Or In Part. The Number Of Water Meters Indicated In Options 1, 2 And 3 Is The Maximum Number To Be Delivered And Installed Under A Given Option. The Actual Quantity To Be Delivered And Replaced Will Result From The Reported Demand, And The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Remuneration Only For The Water Meters Actually Delivered And Replaced, In Accordance With The Unit Valuation Presented In The Offer. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Deliveries Between Individual Items In The Subject Of The Order, Provided That As A Result Of The Above-Mentioned Changes, The Value Of The Contract Will Not Be Exceeded. The Condition For The Ordering Party To Activate The Option Right Is To Submit A Written Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Option Right And At The Same Time Indicate The Scope (Including The Number Of Water Meters Planned For Delivery And Replacement) Of The Option Right. If The Ordering Party Fails To Exercise The Option Right, The Contractor Shall Not Be Entitled To Any Claims In This Respect. The Exercise Of The Option Right, I.E. The Submission Of The Declaration Referred To Above, Will Take Place No Later Than 30 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Provisions Of The Swz Relating To The Guaranteed (Basic) Part Of The Subject Of The Order Shall Apply Accordingly To The Part Covered By The Option Right. 1.1.
