Software-Related Services – Prisma. The Procurement Refers To A Service Contract According To Which The Supplier Must Implement And Provide A Wfm System For Personnel And Staffing Planning, Scheduling And Calling Within The Framework Of Project Prisma Including Outsourced Operation. Rsgs Requirements For The Wfm System Are Detailed In Appendix A0 Contract Object. The Assignment Must Be Carried Out As A Collective Overall Commitment Where The Supplier Implements And Manages The Wfm System Under Own Responsibility For Results And Management In Accordance With Agreed Function And Feature Requirements As Well As Agreed Service Levels. The Terms Of The Assignment And The Detailed Requirements And Levels That The Supplier Must Meet Are Set Out In The Agreement, Which Forms An Integral Part Of The Invitation To Tender.
