The Scope And Goal Of The Wfm Solution Is To Realize The Digitalization And Optimization Of Network Operations In The Areas Of Network Connection, Network Construction, Maintenance, Fault And Circuit Management As Well As Measurement Processes. If Possible And To The Greatest Extent Possible, Industry-Specific Standard Software For Network Operators Should Be Used, Which Must, Among Other Things, Meet The Legal And Industry-Specific Compliance Requirements. The Aim Of The Tender And The Wfm Project Is Therefore To Replace The Existing Multitude Of Systems With A Standardized And Future-Proof Software Solution With A Uniform And Media-Free User Interface. The Client Is A Sector Client Who Is Subject To Numerous Legal Regulations, Including Those Relating To Critical Infrastructure. Bidders Must Therefore Meet Special Requirements As Eligibility Criteria As Well As Special Requirements For The Services Offered. A Data Migration Of The Master And Transaction Data (To A Defined Extent) From The Existing Systems To Be Replaced Into The Wfm Solution Must Be Carried Out.
