Computer Equipment And Supplies – Basic Classrooms Zš Švermova – It Equipment. The Subject Of This Public Contract Is The Delivery Of New (Unused) It Equipment To The Newly Reconstructed Pavilion C Of The Zš Švermova Building (It Is The Premises Of The Former Swimming Pool). This Is Audiovisual Equipment (Interactive Displays, Computers Including Relevant Software And Other Accessories). A Description Of The Required Equipment Is Given In Annex No. 6 Of The Procurement Documentation - A Statement Of Measurements. The Delivered Interior Equipment Must Be New And Unused, Meet The Requirements Of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., On Technical Requirements For Products And On The Amendment And Addition Of Certain Laws, As Amended, And Must Be In Accordance With All Valid Legal Regulations And Technical Standards Relating To Interior Equipment. The Interior Equipment Will Be Placed According To The Project Documentation (See Appendix No. 5 Of The Tender Documentation). The Contracting Authority Has A Significant Interest In Ensuring That Quality Products And Materials Are Supplied As Part Of The Implementation Of The Public Contract, Therefore The Contracting Authority Sets The Minimum Required Standard Of The Subject Of Performance In The Procurement Conditions (See Annex No. 6 Of The Procurement Documentation). The Participant In The Procurement Procedure Must Prove The Fulfillment Of The Required Technical Conditions In The Offer, In The Following Way: A) By Filling In A Separate, Dedicated Form, Which Forms Annex No. 6 Of The Tender Documentation (Measurement Sheet), In Which The Participant Will Indicate The Manufacturer And Specific Type Offered (Name, Trade Mark) For Each Item (Each Offered Product) And Confirm The Fulfillment Of The Required Technical Parameters. B) For The Items Pc Control And Presentation Station For Teachers And Interactive System, The Participant Shall Document In The Offer Print Screens Of Websites Such As Www.Cpubenchmark.Net, Proving That The Performance Of The Offered Processors Reaches The Minimum Required Number Of Points Specified In Annex No. 6 Of The Tender Documentation (Measurement Statement). C) By Submitting Completed Annex No. 7 Of The Procurement Documentation (Specimen Of Affidavit On Compliance With Technical Parameters And Functionalities), In Which He Declares That His Offer Meets All The Required Technical Parameters And Functionalities Listed In Annexes No. 5 And 6 Of The Procurement Documentation. In The Case Of The Contracting Authoritys Doubts About The Fulfillment Of The Technical Parameters Of The Offered Products As Required Or Declared By The Participant In The Procurement Procedure, The Participant In The Procurement Procedure Must, On The Basis Of A Written Request From The Contracting Authority Made In Accordance With § 46 Zzvz, Submit The Manufacturers Technical Documentation, Or Other Data, Information Or Documents For The Offered Goods, If Necessary. Its Samples, Proving Compliance With All Technical, Qualitative And Functional Requirements At Least At The Level Required By The Contracting Authority In The Tender Documentation, Including Its Annexes. If The Contracting Authority Finds That The Performance Offered By The Supplier Does Not Meet The Minimum Required Functionality, The Suppliers Offer May Be Excluded.
