Construction Work For Swimming Pool – Schwimmbadtechnik. The Existing Swimming Pool Technology Will Be Completely Dismantled Including Pipes. The Exception To This Is The Splash Water Tank In The Basement Below The Swimming Pool. This Is Also Sufficiently Dimensioned For The New Design And Is Also In A Condition That It Can Continue To Be Used. The Previous Chlorine Gas System, Which Is Installed In A Separate Room Next To The Swimming Pool Technology, Can Be Omitted. This Means That It Is No Longer Necessary To Handle The Chlorine Gas Bottles That Were Previously Used. The Space Thus Freed Up Can Be Used To Store Other Swimming Pool Chemicals. The Maximum Water Temperature Was Set With The Client At 32°C. The Swimming Pool Technology Is Designed In Accordance With Din 19643. The Circulating Water Quantities For A Non-Swimmer Pool Are Calculated Based On The Water Temperature And The Usage Conditions. The Circulating Water Quantity Results From The Following Factors: - Water Surface: 97.2M² - Factor For The Maximum Water Depth: 0.37 (Max. 1.30M) - Load Capacity Factor Based On The Pool Type: 0.5 This Results In A Circulating Water Quantity Of A Maximum Of 72M³/H. This Means That The Minimum Overflow Flow Of 1M³/H/M Drain Channel, Which Is The Requirement Of The Pool Builder, Is Met. The New Swimming Pool Technology Will Be Installed Entirely In The Existing Swimming Pool Technology Room. To Replace The Current Chlorine Gas System, A Disinfection System Based On Salt Tablets Is Planned. The System Uses Electrolysis To Produce Chlorine, Which Is Only Added To The Raw Water In The Absolutely Necessary Proportion. This Increases The Safety Of The Entire System. Furthermore, Two Filter Containers With A Maximum Filter Performance Of 60M³/H Per Container Will Be Set Up In The Technical Room. Other Components Of The System Are The Dosing Devices For Ph Lowering And Ph Raising, Flocculation, The Heat Exchanger For Temperature Control Of The Swimming Pool Water And The Motive Water Pump. These Components Are Also Assembled In The Technical Room Next To The Swimming Pool. The Existing Splash Water Tank Remains In The Basement Below The Pool. As In The Existing Building, The Two New Circulation Pumps Will Also Be Installed Here. For The Piping Of The Swimming Pool Technology, Welded Pp Pipe Is Used For The Inlet And Outlet. The Connection Points For Supply And Waste Water Result From The Pool Planning, But Are Approximately The Same As The Existing Positions So As Not To Weaken The Statics Of The Pool Tray Through Additional Drilling. Execution Times: Dismantling: 2 Weeks, Approx. Week 41 + 42 2026 Rough Installation: 8 Weeks, Approx. Week 02 To Week 09 2027 Commissioning: 4 Weeks, Approx. Week 26 To Week 29 2027
