Description Of The Subject Of The Order A. The Scope Of The Task Includes: Design And Construction Of A Two-Way Bicycle Path, 4 M Wide And Approx. 800 M Long, In Dąbrowa Górnicza, From The Border With The City Of Będzin To The Intersection With Ul. Polish Legions. The Above Section, Located Along Ul. Grynia (Western Side) Will Constitute A Bicycle Connection Of The Existing Bicycle Infrastructure In Dąbrowa Górnicza With The Cities Of Będzin And Sosnowiec. B. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: - Develop Design Documentation And Obtain All Necessary Permits, Arrangements, Opinions, Conditions, Documents, Studies, Maps, Expert Opinions Required By Law And Necessary For The Correct Preparation Of Design Documentation, - Obtain A Decision On A Construction And Demolition Permit, Obtain A Zrid Decision, Obtain No Objection To The Construction Notification - Depending On Which Of Them Will Be Required By Applicable Law, - Exercise Authors Supervision Throughout The Duration Of The Construction Works, - Road Construction Bicycle Covered By The Subject Of The Order, - Obtaining An Occupancy Permit And/Or Accepting A Notice Of Completion Of The Works, If Necessary. C. The Order Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of: 1) Specification Of The Terms Of The Order, 2) Provisions Contained In The Content Of The Future Contract, 3) Bill Of Quantities, 4) Functional And Utility Program. D. The Order Must Be Implemented In Accordance With: 1) The Construction Law, 2) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads, 3) Gzm Standards And Guidelines For Shaping Bicycle Infrastructure (Current As Of The Date Of Preparation Of The Design Documentation), Including Additional Guidelines From The Upper Silesian Zagłębie Metropolis: 1. Velostrada Lighting Gzm: - The Lighting Of Velostrada No. 7 Should Be Designed With A Control System Allowing For Remote Change Of Light Intensity Until It Is Completely Turned Off. The Control System Should Enable The Control Of Individual Luminaires And Groups Of Luminaires Remotely From The Ordering Partys Premises. The Lighting Control Function Should Also Be Provided, Allowing For Its Automatic Activation According To Settings Freely Configured By The Ordering Party, - The Luminaires Should Be Equipped With Motion Sensors To Ensure The Function Of Follow-Up Lighting Control; Agree On The Frequency Of Sensor Placement With The Ordering Party; It Should Allow For Meeting The Assumptions Resulting From The Technical Requirements For Velostrad Gzm - Designed Speed. - The Conditions For The Lighting Control System Should Include All Elements Of The Lighting Control System Enabling Its Use For At Least 10 Years. - Crossings And Bicycle Routes Should Be Equipped With Dedicated Lighting Illuminating The Waiting Zone, Approach Zone And The Crossing Or Passage, - Lighting Should Be Designed In A Way That Limits The Phenomenon Of
