Tenders are invited for Supply, Transport, Installation, and Operation of Solar Power Systems for (8) Health Facilities in the Governorates of (Capital Governorate - Sanaa - Hodeidah). A bank guarantee in the same form as specified in the tender documents for a lump sum amount of ($7,001) in letters (seven thousand and one US dollars only) of the total bid value, valid for a period of (90) days from the date of opening the envelopes, or a payable cheque. A copy of a valid Registration and Classification Certificate (Commercial Registration). Copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate + Valid Tax Card. Copy of Insurance Card + Zakat Card valid for the tender period. A copy of the certificate of practicing the profession and a shop license. All bids shall include a brief description of the supplier, records of its performance in the field of procurement, transportation and distribution, a copy of previous contracts and other documents relevant to the subject matter of this tender. The bid will be submitted in US dollars and the payment will be in US dollars for the account of the institution/entity and not for individuals. Attach the catalogues of the procurement works in the tender signed and stamped. Attach a signed and stamped execution timeline. Fill out the bid specification table submitted in Section Seven for the components of the solar energy system, sign and circulate it.
