Tenders are invited for Supply, Installation, Operation, and Training on the Use of a Solar Energy System for the Benefit of the Yemeni Red Crescent, Amran Governorate Branch. Bids must be submitted in an envelope stamped with red wax to the address indicated above, with the name of the entity, the name of the project, the tender number, and the name of the bidder, along with the following documents: A bank guarantee according to the form attached in the tender document for a lump sum of ($500) five hundred USD, or a payable cheque, valid for (120) days from the date of opening the envelopes. A copy of a valid registration certificate. Copy of Sales Tax Certificate + Valid Tax Card. Copy of Insurance Card + Valid Zakat Card. A copy of the license to practice the activity/practice of the profession. Foreign companies are exempt from submitting the certificates, licenses and cards referred to above, and must only provide legal documents of eligibility issued by the country of origin of these companies. The last date for receiving the bids and opening the envelopes is (11:00 am) on (Monday) 29/06/2026. Bids received after this date will not be accepted and will be returned closed to the sender. The envelopes will be delivered and opened at the Yemen Red Crescent Societys headquarters 26 September Street, next to the Prime Ministers Office Sanaa, on Monday, 29/06/2026 in the meeting room at the address referred to above, in the presence of the bidders or their representatives with an official signed and stamped authorization.
