Bitumen – Purchase Of Hot Bitumen For Roads Type D50/70. 300 Tons Of Hot Bitumen Will Be Purchased For D50/70 Type Roads, According To The Technical Prescriptions In Force. The Duration Of The Contract Is Until 31.12.2026, With The Possibility Of Extension By Up To A Maximum Of 4 Months And/Or Supplementing The Quantity Of Products By Up To A Maximum Of 10% Of The Contract Value Without Vat. Supplements Are Conditioned By The Existence Of Financial Resources Allocated To This Destination. The Estimated Value Is Expressed In The Form Of An Interval Of 990,000 - 1,089,000 Lei Without Vat. The Lower Value Of The Range Of 990,000 Lei Without Vat Represents The Value To Which The Offers Will Be Reported And Evaluated, Being The Total Value Of The Contract Without Any Additions. There Will Be The Possibility Of Extending The Contract By Up To A Maximum Of 4 Months And/Or Supplementing The Quantity Of Products By Up To A Maximum Of 10% Of The Value Of The Contract Without Vat, Respectively 99,000 Lei Without Vat, Resulting In The Maximum Value Of The Interval Of 1,089,000 Lei Without Vat, Which Represents The Total Value Of The Contract Plus Extras. Deliveries Will Be Made Only On The Basis Of A Firm Order, Without The Contracting Authority Committing Itself To The Purchase Of The Entire Quantity. The Payment Will Be Made With The Po Within A Maximum Of 60 Days From The Communication Of The Fiscal Invoice In The E-Invoice (Spv) According To The Fiscal Code.
