Scada Or Equivalent System - Construction Of A New Future-Ready Information System For The Collection, Archive And Visualization Of Technological Information From The Gas Transport Network Of Bulgartransgaz Ead (Scada Or System) For The North-West Operational Region (Nwer) Botevgrad. The Subject Of This Order Is An Engineering Performance, Including Design, Supply Of Equipment, Construction And Implementation Of An Information System For Control, Collection, Archive And Visualization Of A Technological Information System (Scada) In Szer Botevgrad Including Stages And Activities According To The Technical Specification, Namely: Stage 1 – Audit Of The Existing Situation And Preparation Of A Work Project, Including: 1. Study Of The Existing State And Available Technical Documentation; 2. Removing The Logic Of The Existing Information System; 3. Defining A Cyber Security Concept Of The New Scada; 4. Preparation Of A Working Project For The Execution Of The Order; Stage 2 – Delivery Of The Necessary Licenses, Software, Hardware And Related Components, Development Software And The Necessary Hardware To Support The System; Stage 3 – Development Of User Software And Conducting Factory Tests; Stage 4 – Scada System Installation And Commissioning Activities, Including: 1. Installation Of All Scada Equipment; 2. Installation Of The Necessary Rtus And Protocol Converters Where Necessary, Integration Of The Existing Plcs That Are Compatible With Scada, Dismantling Of The Equipment Used By The Old Wps32 Information System, Which Is Decommissioned; 3. Conducting Functional Tests And Checking The Operation Of The System; Stage 5 – Training Of The Employers Personnel For Use (Operational Use), Administration, Configuration And Maintenance Of The System; Stage 6 – Preparation Of Operational Documentation; Stage 7 – Warranty Maintenance And Warranty Period, Which Include: 1. Warranty Maintenance Of The Scada System; 2. Warranty Period Of The Delivered Technical Equipment, In Connection With The Execution Of The Order. The Area Covers Northwestern Bulgaria And Serves The Northern Route Of The National Gas Transmission Network. It Starts From Gis Lom Cherkovna - The Border With Szer Valchi Dol And Ends At Gis Bogdanliya, Where It Is The Border With User Ikhtiman. The Area Includes Two Compressor Stations: • Cs Polski Senovets, Covered By Dcs System Pcs7 Of Siemens And Connected To Wps32 Via Opc-Da Interface. • Ks Rasovo Under The Management Of Honeywell Experion Pks Scada Opc Ua System. • Gis Kalotina Data Exchange Via Opc Ua • Gis Zaychar Data Exchange Via Modbus Tcp/Ip In Addition, In The Area There Are: • 32 Units Of Agrs/Grs To End Users Connected To The Gas Pipeline System; 28 Of Them Are Realized By Means Of Sigma Controllers, And 5 Of Them Are With Gprs/Sim Communication. 4 Units Of Agrs/Grs Are Implemented With Siemens Plc. The Number Of Gas Correctors Is 103 Pieces Of Cf600. • 8 Units Of Gis To End Users Connected To The Gas Pipeline System; Implemented With Sigma Controllers. The Number Of Gas Correctors Is 9 Cf600. • 20 Pieces Of Faucet Assemblies And Diversions Realized With Siemens Plc • 28 Pieces Of Faucet Assemblies And Diversions Realized With Sigma Controllers. Of These, 25 Are With Gprs/Sim Communication And Powered By Solar
