Telescopes - Astronomical Observatory - Rossa System. This Purchase Is Part Of The Project Rossa System - Expansion Of The Informational Solution And Development Of The Electro-Optical System; Development Of Romanian Capabilities For The Surveillance Of The Space Domain (Ssa). This Acquisition Aims To Expand The Capabilities Of Observation, Analysis And Operative Response At The Level Of The Operational Center For Sst (Cosst), This Being A Priority Axis Of Rosas Activity, Considering That This Center Is Practically The National And International Interface Of The National Sst System. The Contract Includes The Supply, Installation And Operationalization Of The Following Components: • Optical System (Telescope, Mount, Pilaster And Accessories); • Cmos Astronomical Camera; • Clamshell Dome; • Filter System And Filter Wheel; • All-Sky Camera; • Weather Station; • Ups; • It System For Control And Observer Interface; • Video Surveillance System; • Installation And Commissioning Services, According To The Requirements Of The Specifications No. 395/18.05.2026
