You Can Apply For The Procedure With Quality Activated Carbon That Meets The Conditions Stipulated In The Technical Description And Draft Contract. The Suitability Of The Activated Carbon Must Be Verified For Each Quality Parameter Required By The Tenderer In The Public Procurement Documentation (Invitation, Technical Description, Contract Draft, Additional Information Where Applicable). The Bidder Must Prove All This With An Official Technical Specification And Quality Certificate. In Case Of Quality Disputes, The Quality Fixed And Recommended With The Parameters Included And Recommended In The Technical Specification Shall Be The Governing Factor. Extraction Of Spent Activated Carbon With A Water Jet Pump, Min. It Must Be Done From The +7.8 M Level With A Pipe Or Hose System Certified For A Pressure Of 10 Bar. The Detailed Specifications Are Contained In The Technical Description, Price Table And The Draft Contract, Which Are Part Of The Public Procurement Documents. The Raw Material Of Activated Carbon: Hard Coal, Agglomerated The Delivered Product Must Have A Valid Drinking Water Safety Permit/Registration, Which Is Dated 5/2023. (I.12.) Enables Use For Drinking Water. 201/2001. (X.25.) License Issued Based On Government Decree, Registration: 5/2023. (I. 12.) A License For A Substance Or Product In Direct Contact With Drinking Water And Domestic Hot Water That Was Registered Or Authorized Before The Entry Into Force Of The Government Decree - If The Issued License Did Not Establish A Different Deadline - Expires Five Years After Its Issuance Or Registration.
