Building Demolition And Wrecking Work And Earthmoving Work – New Construction Of The Town Hall In Straelen - Pollutant Remediation And Demolition Work. The City Of Straelen Is Planning The (Partial) Dismantling And New Construction Of The City Administration On The Properties At Rathausstrasse 1 And Soatspad 2 In Straelen. This Requires The Gutting And Renovation Including Partial Dismantling Of The Administrative Wing As Well As A Complete Above-Ground And Partially Underground Dismantling Of The Other Existing Buildings On The Property. Aspects Of Urban Mining Are Taken Into Account In The Construction Project. As Part Of The Dismantling, The Existing Buildings Will Be Completely Dismantled Above Ground And Partly Underground. The Administrative Wing Is Excluded From This; It Will Only Be Gutted, Renovated And Partially Dismantled. The Third Floor, Including The Complete Roof Structure Of The Administration Wing, Will Be Dismantled; The Remaining Building Structure Of The Administration Wing Will Remain Unaffected By The Work And Must Be Protected From Damage. The Gross Volumetric Capacity (Bri) Of The Entire Building, Including The Basement, Is Around 9,100 M³. As Part Of The Underground Demolition, The Outer Cellar Walls Must Be Completely Dismantled And The Floor Slabs Must Be Preserved And Perforated. The Floor Slabs Of The Areas Without A Basement (Glass Box, Police, Garages And Partly Caretaker) Will Be Completely Dismantled. As Part Of The Dismantling, The Clinker Brick Facade, The Window Elements And Parts Of The Surface Fastening Must Be Removed Without Damage And Stored Protected On Site For Reuse/Collection.
