Daycare Services – City Of Pattensen: All-Day School Care For Grades 1 To 4. The City Of Pattensen Intends To Provide Full-Time Extracurricular Care For Children In Grades 1 To 4 At All Three Municipal Primary Schools. The Background Is The Gradual Introduction Of The Legal Right To Full-Time Funding According To The All-Day Funding Act (Gafög); The City Of Pattensen Will Implement The Requirement For All Grades 1 To 4 From August 1St, 2026. This Contract Is Concluded For One School Year. It Is Automatically Extended For The Following School Year Unless One Of The Contractual Partners Terminates The Contract By The End Of The First Half Of The Current School Year (January 31St) At The End Of The School Year. The Contractor Will In Particular Provide The Following Services: - Afternoon Care During School Hours Monday To Friday From 1:00 P.M. To 4:00 P.M. (Lunchtime Supervision, Learning Time, Group And Leisure Activities) At All Three Primary Schools - On-Site Coordination At Each Of The Three Primary Schools - Provision Of Qualified Teaching Staff In Accordance With The Specifications Of The Citys Framework Concept For All-Day Primary Schools - Holiday Care During The Lower Saxony School Holidays (Daily 8:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M., With The Exception Of Three Weeks During The Summer Holidays And One Week During The Christmas Holidays; Approx. Nine Holiday Care Weeks Per School Year) - Off-Peak Care (Early Care 7:00 A.M. - 8:00 A.M., Late Care 4:00 P.M. - 5:00 P.M.) If Required; Not Part Of The Order, Financing Exclusively Through Parental Contributions Collected By The Contractor Without The Involvement Of The Client. Lunchtime Catering (Catering, Food Distribution) Is Expressly Not The Subject Of The Order; The Contractor Only Provides Educational Support For The Children During Lunch. The Services Are To Be Provided On The Basis Of A Binding Framework Concept From The City Of Pattensen (Appendix B01) And Are Contractually Secured Via Trilateral Cooperation Contracts (Client, State Of Lower Saxony, Contractor) For Each Primary School As Well As A Supplementary Bilateral Contract. Predicted Number Of Students (Participation Rate Approx. 80%): - Pattensen Mitte Primary School: Approx. 339 Students (19 Classes) - Leinetalschuleschulenburg: Approx. 112 Students (8 Classes) - Hüpede Primary School: Approx. 58 Students (4 Classes) Remuneration Is Based On Actual Staff Hours Worked Per Qualification Level.
