Tenders are invited for Revamping of CEB Website, MoKouran Mobile App and Enhancement of CEB Social Media Presence The Central Electricity Board is inviting proposals from eligible and qualified Bidders,limited to citizens of Mauritius or entities incorporated in Mauritius,through the Government e-Procurement Systemfor the Revamping of CEB Website MoKouran Mobile App and its presence on Social Media . Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2026/10863. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Monday 06 July 2026 at 13.30 hours (Local time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Monday 06 July 2026from 15.01 hours (Local time) tillWednesday 08 July 2026 at 13.30 hours. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 08 July 2026 as from 13.45 hours.
