Bidders or their designated representatives are invited to attend a pre-bid meeting on 3rd June 2026 at 10 hrs.00 at the Antoinette Prudence Human Resource Development Centre, Malabar. 4. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Monday 22nd June 2026 up to11 hrs 45 (Local Time). 5. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Monday 22nd June 2026 from 11 hrs 46 till Wednesday 24th June 2026 up to 13 hrs 00. 6.
