The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction, Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture And Equipment For The Children And Youth Library No. 9 And The Regional Collections Branch Of The Lending Room No. 127 Of The Public Library. Julian Ursyn Niemcewicz In The Ursynów District Of The Capital City Warsaw At Ul. Barwna 8 In Warsaw. Public Library Of Juliana Ursyn Niemcewicz In The Ursynów District Has Been Running A Facility At 8 Barwna Street Since 2013. The Premises Combine The Library Function With A Place For Organizing Meetings, Lectures, Workshops, Etc. There Are Also Separate Exhibition Spaces. The Library Function Will Include Rooms For The Collection Of Books For Children And Teenagers, A Main Reading Room With Work Places For Librarians And An Access Point To The Collection Catalog, As Well As A Smaller Room For Quiet Work For Readers. There Is A Separate Room For Organizing Meetings And Workshops, As Well As A Small Room And Exhibition Spaces. On The Premises Of The Facility There Is A Room For Office Work And Book Binding, A Social Room For Employees, A Handy Warehouse And Two Toilets, Including One Adapted For Use By Disabled People. All Furniture And Equipment Elements (Ready-Made And Custom-Made) That Are The Subject Of The Order Are To Be Intended For Intensive Use In A Public Building, Must Be Made In Accordance With This Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Project, And Must Also Be Made In Accordance With The Art Of Furniture And Must Meet The Technical Requirements For Public Utility Facilities In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations And Have Appropriate Hygiene And Sanitary Documents And Certificates. The Delivered Equipment Will Be Brand New, Unused, Made In Accordance With This Opz, Assembled, Set Or Hung And Leveled In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party And Ready For Use, And The Packaging Related To The Delivery And Assembly Of Furniture And Equipment Will Be Removed And Disposed Of. Installation Of All Accessories, Transport, Processing And Storage Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Manufacturers Recommendations And In Accordance With The Instructions And Assembly Diagrams. The Ordering Party Allows For The Assembly Of The Order Elements At The Place Of Delivery. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Verify All Provided Dimensions Before Starting The Order.
