The Task Includes The Modernization Of The Electrical Installation Of The Building Of The Historic Austeria Inn At Rynek 2 In Sławków, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, I.E. Preparatory And Dismantling Works, Switchboards, Wlz-Ets, Installation Of Lighting And Plug Sockets, Equalizing Connections And Post-Assembly Measurements. The Scope Of Work Related To The Fire Protection Switch Is Not Included In The Scope Of The Contract. The Fire Protection Switch Has Already Been Made In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation. The Investment Is Co-Financed By The Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments In Katowice. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Works Performed For A Period Of 60 Months. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Studies And Construction Designs Constituting Annex 4 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: 1) Executive Design For The Modernization Of Internal Electrical Installations; 2) Electrical Industry - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. The Ordering Party Requires The Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated Below During The Execution Of The Order: The Type Of Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order To Which The Requirements For Employment On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Of Persons Performing The Contract Apply: Activities During The Execution Of The Order: Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Construction Works Under The Supervision Of The Construction Manager, E.G. Activities Performed By Manual Workers, Operators Of Construction Machines And Equipment, Drivers. The Ordering Party Does Not Require Employment Under An Employment Contract With Respect To The Construction Manager Or Suppliers. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Information Obligations Provided For In Art. 13 Or Art. 14 Gdpr Towards Natural Persons From Whom Personal Data Was Obtained Directly Or Indirectly In Order To Apply For A Public Procurement Contract In This Procedure.
