The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Cleaning And Maintenance Services At The Syrena Theater Located In Warsaw At Ul. Litewska 3 And External Areas Around The Theatre, Along With The Supply Of Necessary Tools, Machines, Cleaning Products And Sanitary Hygiene Products. Cleaning Services Will Be Performed: A. In The Case Of Cleaning Inside - On A Continuous Basis, 7 Days A Week (Both On Working Days And On Public Holidays And Public Holidays), In Accordance With The Theaters Needs Resulting From The Repertoire And Theater Work Plan, Taking Into Account The Exceptions To Daily Cleaning Referred To In The Further Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. B. In The Case Of Outdoor Cleaning - It May Take Place Up To 7 Days A Week (Both On Working Days And On Public Holidays And Public Holidays) In Accordance With The Reported Needs Of The Theatre, The Ordering Party Provides The Following Method Of Settlement For The Service Provided: - Flat-Rate Fee For The Cleaning Service Inside The Theater, With A Fixed Monthly Amount Of Remuneration Paid To The Contractor For The Months: April, May, June, July, August, September (So-Called Monthly Lump Sum For The Months Falling In The Spring-Summer Period) And With A Fixed Monthly Amount Of Remuneration Paid To The Contractor For The Months: October, November, December, January, February, March (So-Called Monthly Lump Sum For The Months Falling In The Autumn-Winter Period). The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Reducing The Scope Of The Indoor Cleaning Service Provided (Total Resignation From Cleaning On A Given Day) - Up To A Total Of 60 Days During The Term Of The Agreement. In Such A Case, The Contractor Will Be Entitled To Remuneration In An Amount Proportional To The Scope Of Services Actually Provided Due To The Reduction In Demand. The Reduced Monthly Lump Sum Remuneration Will Then Be Calculated According To The Formula: R X D, Where R - Is The Net Amount Of The Lump Sum For A Given Month Divided By The Number Of Days In The Month, And D - Is The Number Of Days In The Month After Deducting Days Completely Excluded From Cleaning / In Which No Cleaning Took Place. The Above Settlement Method Will Also Be Applied Accordingly In The Event Of Starting/Ending The Service During The Month. - Hourly For The Service Of Cleaning External Areas Around The Theater - In This Case, The Settlement Will Be For The Actual Number Of Hours Of External Cleaning Per Month, In Accordance With The Order And Needs Of The Ordering Party. One-Time Cleaning Of The Entire External Area Should Not Exceed 1 Man-Hour (1 Year = 60 Min). It Is Expected That The Maximum Number Of Hours Spent On External Cleaning Will Not Exceed 260 Hours In Total During The Entire Contract, And The Minimum Will Not Be Less Than 100 Hours In Total During The Entire Contract. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Employ At Least 3 People Under An Employment Contract, 1/2 Full-Time Each, To Perform Cleaning And Maintenance Service
