1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of It Equipment And Software With Implementation Under The Cybersecure Local Government Program. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Supply Of: Ups Uninterruptible Power Supplies, Nas File Server With Disks, Tape Library, Servers In A 19 Rack Casing, Cal Windows Server Access Licenses, Implementation Of Microsoft Active Directory, Backup Software And The Implementation And Configuration Of The Backup System. 2. Detailed Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Task Are Set Out In Annex No. 5 To The Swz Contract Template.4. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. If The Contractor Does Not Submit Documents Regarding The Use Of Other Equivalent Materials Or Devices Or Solutions In The Offer, It Is Understood That The Materials And Devices Proposed In The Swz Were Included In The Calculation Of The Offer Price And The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Use The Materials Or Devices Or Solutions Proposed In The Tender Documentation To Perform The Order.
