1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas With The Provision Of Distribution Services For The Operation Of Public Buildings And Facilities In Accordance With The Description And Provisions Contained In Annex 4 To Swz Gas Supply Agreement - Project.2. The Supplied Natural Gas Must Meet Legal Requirements And Technical Parameters In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law And Implementing Acts Issued On Its Basis And The Act Of February 16, 2007. On Stocks Of Crude Oil, Petroleum Products And Natural Gas And The Rules Of Conduct In Situations Of Threat To The States Fuel Security And Disruptions On The Oil Market (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1281, As Amended).3. The Ordering Party Informs That The Collected Gas Fuel Will Be Used For Heating Purposes (Article 89(1)(13) Of The Excise Duty Act)4. The Ordering Party Declares That It Is The Final Purchaser Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Excise Duty Act.5. The Ordering Party Declares That The Gas Fuel Collected Under The Agreement Is Intended For Heating Purposes Exempt From Excise Duty.6. The Number Of Collection Points Is 13 - In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To Swz.7. The Planned Annual Consumption Of Natural Gas For All Points Is 1,303,000 Kwh - Detailed In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 8.The Above Gas Volume Value Is An Estimated Value And May Change. The Ordering Party Anticipates A Possible Deviation Of The Volume In Relation To The Basic Demand Up To A Maximum Of +/- 20%. In The Event Of A Difference Between Planned And Actual Consumption, The Contractor Will Not Pursue Financial Claims Other Than Those Resulting From The Amount Of Gas Used.9. The Current Contract Is Valid Until June 30, 202610. The Contract Will Be Concluded For A Fixed Period From July 1, 2026. Until June 30, 202711. The Ordering Party Agrees To Adapt The Tariff Groups To Those Applicable At The Dso In The Event That The Distribution System Operator Questions The Tariff Groups Indicated In The Proceedings At The Time Of Submitting The Contract For Implementation.12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out All Activities And Arrangements With The Distribution System Operator (Dso) Necessary To Carry Out The Supplier Change Procedure, On The Basis Of The Power Of Attorney Granted By The Ordering Party, Annex No. 3 To Swz.13. The Distribution System Operator (Dso) For Kamienica Polska Is Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. Z O. O. (Psg). The Commune Is Under The Management Of The Zabrze Branch Of The Gas Plant.
