1. The Subject Of The Order Are Training Services Consisting In The Comprehensive Organization Of A Series Of Six Training Courses, Including Three Training Courses With Workshops Entitled: Establishing And Running A Home Vineyard In Polish Climatic Conditions, Each Training For A Group Of 20 People.2. The Organization Of 6 Training Courses Under Nrn+ Consists In Particular In Providing: 1) Scientific/Expert Staff To Conduct Lectures/Workshops; 2) Training Materials And Granting Licenses For These Materials; 3) Tools To Conduct Workshops; 4) Meals (Lunch, Coffee Service); 5) Event Coordinator From The Contractors Side; 6) Preparation Of An Evaluation Report For Each Training. 3. Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 4. All Trademarks And Trade Names Of Products Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Or In The Annexes To The Swz Should Be Understood As Specifying The Required Norms And Quality Standards For A Given Product. 5. Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires Employment By The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Within The Meaning Of The Act Of June 26, 1974. - Labor Code, The Person Supervising The Implementation Of The Contract And Coordinating Training And Competitions Indicated In §Performance Of The Contract And Coordinating Training And Competitions Indicated In §3 Section 5 Point 2) Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Indicated Activities Will Last Practically Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.
