Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Drafting Of The Works Projects (Basic And Execution) And Project Management Of The Two Future Fire Stations To Be Built In The Municipalities Of Sanlúcar De Barrameda And Puerto Real.. The Basic Project Includes The Planned Planning And Urbanization Of Each Plot, At The Basic Project Level, In Order To Obtain The Required Construction Licenses, And Must Include The Fire Station Buildings, With External Physiognomy And Dimensions Similar To The Parks Already Implemented In The Consortium, Such As Those Existing In Conil, Chiclana, Arcos, San Roque, Jimena Or Tarifa, As Well As The Distribution, Construction Systems And Solutions To Improve The Current Design. The Execution Project Must Be Based On The Basic Project And Include The Corresponding Health And Safety Study, With The Successful Bidder Taking Charge Of All The Tasks That Are Necessary For The Fulfillment Of The Contract, Compilation Of Existing Documentation (Building And Urban Services Infrastructure), Geotechnical Studies, Photographic Report, Planimetric Survey Of The Building And Topographical Survey Of The Plot,... In Addition To All Those Studies That Must Be Carried Out For The Correct Drafting Of The Installation Projects And Acoustic Conditions. Its Drafting Will Be Subordinated To The Approval By The Cbpc Of The Basic Project. Its Content Will Be What Is Necessary To Cover All Construction Needs, Request The Necessary Permits And Building Licenses, Justify All Regulatory Requirements And The Legalization Of The Facilities That Are Implemented, With The Minimum Content Indicated In The Annex Of Instructions For Drafting The Ppt Execution Project. The Project Management Of The Work Corresponds To The Project Management Of Works (D.O. Management Of Work And D.E.O. Management Of The Execution Of The Work), Also Including The Coordination Of Safety And Health, Of The Works Of The Execution Project Object Of This Tender, Under The Conditions Established By Law 38/1999, On Building Planning (Loe).
