The Subject Of The Contract Is The Modernization Of The Hospital As Part Of The Ehealth Program, A Project Called: Cybersecurity And Digitization At The Sokolov Hospital. Implementation Includes The Expansion Of The Functionalities And Development Of The Medicalc Hospital Information System (Nis) In The Field Of Electronicization Of Processes (E.G. In The Field Of Structured Electronic Medical Documentation, Electronicization Of Visits, Etc.), Ensuring Long-Term Electronic Archiving Of Medical Documentation, Introducing Support For New Processes Within The Hospital And Especially Their Electronicization With The Possibility Of Their Implementation Both In The Hospital And Remotely, And The Introduction Of New Functions In The Nis. The Hospital Already Operates An Nis Connected To The Mex Integration Platform, Which Ensures The Openness Of The System For The Exchange Of Health Data, So-Called Interoperability, And Thus Ensures Compatibility With The Communication Standards Of The Ministry Of Health. The Project Also Includes The Development Of The Contracting Authoritys Internal Information System For Management, Support Of Activities And Operation Of The Hospital, Including The Connection Of Other Internal Information Systems And External Systems For The Exchange Of Medical Documentation. The Goal Is The Automation And Streamlining Of Processes And Data Processing In The Provision Of Public Services In The Field Of Healthcare. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Described In Detail In The Appendix Appendix No. 5 Specification Of The Subject Of Performance And The Business Terms And Conditions, Which Are Part Of The Procurement Documentation As Appendices No. 1A-C And In Appendix No. 8 Existing Solutions.
