Itq #26-02 Karen Magnussen Community Centre - Supply Fans 1 & 2 Rebuild /Renew . The North Vancouver Recreation & Culture (The “Nvrc”) Invites Quotations From Qualified Service Providers To Bid On The Rebuild Of Supply Fans 1 & 2 (Sf 1 & 2) In The Karen Magnussen Community Recreation Centre (Crc). Both Labelled Supply Fans Have Internal Supply And Return Fans Working In Tandem. The Supply Fans 1 & 2 Provides Conditioned Air (Heat) To The Pool Chamber.Bidders Interested In This Opportunity Are Invited To Submit A Quotation. Scope Of Services We’Re Looking To Complete The Following Rebuild Both Supply Fan Systems With Identical Or Equivalent Parts. • New Motors For Each Of The Supply And Exhaust Fans (Old Motors Will Be Kept On Site As Critical Spares). A Crane May Be Required As All Equipment Is Located In The Penthouse Mechanical Room. • Replace All Fan Sheaves • Replace Fan Shaft Assemblies And Balance • Replace All Bearings • Replace Vfds • Replace All Actuators (Damper) Including The Actuators For The Coil Heating System. • Inspect/Service Dampers (Visual Inspection Of The Current Dampers (Supply And Return). Recommend Replacement If Necessary. • Replace Coil Circulating Pumps • Replace All Freeze Stats • Replace All Ddc Temperature Sensors • Replace All Motor Isolation Mounts • Clean The Internal Of The Unit • Properly Clean And Flush The Heating Coils • Commission And Startup • Separate Line-Item Price To Replace Heating Coils On Both Supply Fans. Optional Site Meeting An Optional Site Meeting Is Scheduled As Stated On The Cover Page Of This Itq. June 3, 2026, 10Am. While Attendance Is Optional, Bidders Are Encouraged To Attend In Order To Familiarize Themselves With The Requirements Of This Itq And As To The Site Conditions.
