Quotation are invited for Comprehensive Review of Green-Related Regulations and Recommendations Conduct a detailed legal and regulatory review of existing Palestinian frameworks related to: o Olive oil presses (registration, operation, environmental compliance, waste/byproduct management). o Food industry environmental practices (for example: waste disposal) and management. o Green Circular Economy practices Identify the main stakeholder related to the assignment In collaboration with the identified stakeholder, identify: o Gaps and inconsistencies in current laws. o Compliance challenges. o Opportunities to improve the regulatory environment for GCE practices. Specifically address the current legal misclassification of olive mills. Provide actionable recommendations, including proposed revisions to the olive pressers registration law to align their legal status with their actual function as processing units.
