1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Assembly Of 4 (Four) Pieces Of Brand-New Office Desks, Intended For Use In Hospital Conditions, In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Requirements Specified In The Tor And In Annex No. 1 (Assortment And Price Form). The Offered Desks Must Be Complete, Ergonomic And Adapted To Work With Medical Documentation, Computers And Peripheral Devices In The Hemodynamic Laboratory. The Desks Should Ensure Comfort And Safety Of Use During The Daily Work Of Medical Staff. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order, Including In Particular: - Transport And Delivery Of The Desks To The Ordering Partys Office, - Carrying, Unpacking And Assembly, - Setting And Leveling The Desks In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, - Handing Over The Desks Ready For Use, - Providing The Required Documentation, Including Warranty Cards And Instructions For Use And Maintenance. Moreover, The Contractor Will Provide Warranty Service Throughout The Entire Warranty Period.1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Also Constitutes An Assortment And Price Form. 1.3. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Public Procurement Procedure In The Event Of Failure To Award Public Funds That It Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract.
