The Subject Of This Procedure Is The Awarding Of Services For Care In Central Accommodation Facilities (Zueen) And Initial Reception Facilities (Eae) In The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia In Which Refugees Are Accommodated. The Arnsberg District Government Is Leading This Process For The Participating District Governments Of Arnsberg, Detmold, Düsseldorf, Cologne And Münster. The Contractors Contractual Partner Is The State Of North Rhine-Westphalia, Represented By The Responsible District Government. The Contract To Be Awarded Includes Services In Particular From The Following Areas: Organization Of The Zue, Social Care, Leisure Activities, Childcare, Furniture And Equipment, Personal Care Items, Washing Facilities, Clothing Room, Payment Of Pocket Money. For Each Accommodation Facility, One Bidder/Bidder Consortium Will Be Commissioned To Carry Out The Service.
