The Estimated Volume Of The Procurement Is Not Binding On The Customer. The Content And Scope Of The Procurement Are Defined In The Tender Request And Its Attachments. The Offered Service Must Meet All The Requirements Set Out In This Request For Tender And Its Appendices, So That It Can Be Considered To Be In Accordance With The Request For Tender.
