According To The Preliminary Plan, Approximately 110 Sofa Beds Will Be Purchased, As Well As Possibly Separate Mattress Pads For Each Sofa Bed To Be Purchased. The Structures Of The Sofa Bed Must Support An Ergonomic Sitting And Resting Position. - The Frame Of The Sofa Bed Is 800X2000mm And It Can Accommodate One Person To Sleep.- The Sofa Bed Must Function As A Bed For Parents, But Also As A Seating Solution In The Patient Room. The Sofa Bed Should Be Suitable For Spending Time. - The Sofa Bed Must Be Comfortable To Sleep On, Taking Into Account That Families Stay In Patient Rooms. The Sofa Bed Should Support The Families Ability To Cope During The Treatment Period. The Mattress On The Sofa Bed Must Be Soft Enough To Sleep On. - Any Separate Bed Mechanism Must Be Safe And Easy To Use. The Mechanism Must Withstand Repeated Opening And Closing.- The Surface Material Of The Sofa Bed Must Be Durable, Cleanable And Fireproof. The Materials Must Be Suitable For The Hospital Environment. - The Sofa Bed Must Be Easy And Safe To Use So That The Nursing Staff Or Family Members Can Open / Close The Bed Solution Themselves. - The Sofa Bed Must Be Easy To Move And Equipped With Wheels. The Tenderer Must Organize A Familiarization Event At Its Own Premises In The Capital Region So That The Purchasing Entity Has The Opportunity To Learn About The Sofa Beds In Practice And Test Their Properties. The Tenderer Must Reserve For The Occasion: - Ready-To-Use Sofa Beds Suitable For The Purpose Of The Procurement Or If The Tenderer Does Not Have A Sofa Bed That Meets The Minimum Requirements Ready, The Tenderer Must Present The Modification Possibilities Of The Existing Sofa Beds As Concretely And Visually As Possible (I.E. So That The Procurement Unit Can Understand How The Existing Sofa Bed Can Be Modified Into A Solution That Meets The Minimum Requirements) - The Person Responsible For Presenting The Sofa Bed The Procurement Unit Must Have The Opportunity To Present The Opportunity Clarifying Questions And Evaluate The Sofa Beds In Practice.
