Stated Consumption/Scope Is An Estimate For Information To The Provider, And Is Not Binding For Future Contract Volume. Maximum Volume For The Framework Agreement Is Estimated Volume + 20%. The Four Regional Health Organizations Need To Acquire Blood Bags For The Emergency Collection Of Whole Blood. The Bags Must Be Able To Be Used In Emergencies In Hospitals And In Municipalities.
