The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Works Covered By The Order Under The Name: Gastro - Liga - Intelligent Gastronomy Laboratory - Reconstruction, Expansion And Renovation Of School Workshops At The Catering And Hotel School Complex In Tarnowskie Góry. Location: Tarnowskie Góry, Ul. Measuring Cups 172. Order Co-Financed By The Just Transition Fund Under The European Funds For Silesia Program 2021-2027. Project Title: Gastro - Liga - Intelligent Gastronomy Laboratory.3. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Reconstruction, Expansion And Renovation Of The School Workshop Building At The Catering And Hotel School Complex In Tarnowskie Góry, Together With Land Development On Plot No. 117, Sheet 11 In Tarnowskie Góry, 2) Obtaining A Final Occupancy Permit Decision On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order And The Description Of The Employers Requirements In Terms Of Implementation And Acceptance Are Specified In The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation (Annex No. 5A-L To Swz),2) Bills Of Quantities (Annex No. 6A-C To Swz),3) Stwior (Annex No. 7A-C To Swz),4) Administrative Decisions (Annex No. 8 - 11 To Swz),5) Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 4 To Swz).5. The Required Warranty And Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is A Minimum Of 3 Years (In Words: Three Years), Counting From The Date Of Signing The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Works By The Ordering Party, The Investors Supervision Inspector And The Contractor, With The Exception Of The Warranty For Devices Covered By Manufacturers Factory Warranties, Which Should Be A Minimum Of 2 Years. Guarantees For Devices Granted By The Manufacturer Will Be Counted From The Date Signed By The Ordering Party, The Investors Supervision Inspector And The Contractor Of The Fault-Free Final Acceptance Report Of The Works.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 277) In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order Of Persons Performing Activities Included In The So-Called Direct Costs. Therefore, This Requirement Applies To People Who Perform Activities Directly Related To The Performance Of Works, I.E. The So-Called Manual Workers. The Requirement Does Not Apply To, Among Others, Persons: Managing Construction Or Works, Providing Surveying Services, Suppliers Of Construction Materials.7. Where In The Construction And Executive Design, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Bill Of Quantities, A Trademark (Brand), Manufacturer, Supplier, Patent, Origin, Source Or Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor Is Indicated Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Common Technical Specifications Or Other References Referred To In Art. 101 Sec
