The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Relating To, Among Others: Insulation Of The Roof And Ceiling, Replacement Of Window Joinery In The Building Of The Social Welfare Center (Ops), As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Social Welfare Center In Dzierżoniów. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of The Partnership Project Titled Modernization Of Public Buildings In The Dzierżoniów Agglomeration. The Project Has Been Approved For Co-Financing Under The European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 (Feds) Program, Measure 9.6 Environmental Transformation - Iti. The Project Is Co-Financed By The Just Transition Fund (Fst) And The State Budget. The Scope Of Works For This Task Is Indicated And Described In: A) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Social Welfare Center In Dzierżoniów; B) Architectural And Construction Project Entitled: Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Social Welfare Center In Dzierżoniów; C) Executive Design Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Social Welfare Center In Dzierżoniów; D) Bill Of Quantities; E) Energy Audit Entitled Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Social Welfare Center In Dzierżoniów And Includes In Particular: • Dismantling Of Windows And Doors; • Dismantling Internal And External Window Sills; • Installation Of Pvc Window Joinery With Min. Coefficient U = 0.9 W/M2k; • Installation Of Pvc Roof Windows With Coefficient U = 1.1 [W/M2k]; • Installation Of Internal And External Window Sills; • Roof Insulation By Installing Sandwich Panels With A Pir Core. 12 Cm And Coefficient Λ = 0.018 W/Mk; • Insulating The Ceiling Under The Unheated Attic With Mineral Wool. 22 Cm And Coefficient Λ = 0.035 W/Mk; • Installation Of Aluminum Joinery (Doors And Facades) With U = 1.3 W/M2k; • Replacement Of The Entire Roof Covering; • Performance Of Supplementary/Reconstruction Works, I.E., Among Others: Painting, Plastering, Cladding, Sheet Metal Work, Etc. As Part Of Thermal Modernization, It Is Necessary To Dismantle The Existing Roof Covering In Order To Insulate The Roof With A Multi-Layer Board. In Order To Maintain The Uniformity Of The Structure And Color Of The Roof Covering, The Entire Roof Covering Must Be Replaced. In Addition To The Works Resulting From The Design Documentation And Energy Audit, The Contractor Is Obliged To: - Make And Place An Information Board, Taking Into Account One Change Of Its Content. The Content Of The Table Should Be Agreed With The Ordering Party Before Its Implementation, - Before The Commencement Of The Works, To Ensure The Implementation And Delivery To The Ordering Party Of The Opinion/Expert Opinion Of An Ornithologist And Chiropterologist, In Terms Of The Presence Of Nesting Places And Shelters Of Animals, And To Incur Related Costs, Including Possible Costs Of Work To Be Performed Resulting Fr
