The Subject Of The Order Should Include, Among Others: The Following Construction Works: 1) Preparation Of The Area For The Investment Involves The Demolition And Removal Of The Following Elements Colliding With The Planned Development: A) Existing Surfaces: Demolition Of The Road Surface, Sidewalks And Exits, B) Road Elements: Dismantling Of Curbs And Concrete And Stone Edges, C) Small Architectural Objects: Demolition Of Existing Concrete/Brick Flower Beds And An Old Fountain (Currently Serving As A Flower Bed), Which Are Located In The Central Part Of The Square, D) Technical Infrastructure: Removal Of Infrastructure Elements That Interfere With The New Layout, E) Greenery: Cutting Down Trees That Interfere With The Investment, In Accordance With The Markings In The Land Development Design, 2) Geodetic Separation Of Plots For New Ones And Widening And Tidying Up Existing Road Lanes, 3) Construction And Reconstruction Of Roads, Intersections, Exits, Parking Bays And Sidewalks, 4) Construction Of A New Surface Square In Accordance With The Guidelines In The Architectural Design Drawing - Projection Of The Square,5) Construction And Reconstruction Of Lighting In The Form Of Street Lamps And Ground-Mounted Fixtures (Within The Square), Rainwater Drainage, Technological Channel, Along With Securing A Place For The Installation Of Urban Monitoring,6) Reconstruction And Protection Of Conflicting Technical Infrastructure, Including The Existing Utility Networks,7) Planting Of Greenery / Trees, Shrubs, Perennials / Together With The Security Infrastructure,8) Installation Of Elements Of Small Architecture And Urban Furniture (Benches, Waste Bins, Flower Pots, Drinking Fountains), Including The Construction Of A Floor Fountain With A Technological Basin And An Underground Technical Chamber And Connections,9) Providing Space And Infrastructure For A Temporary Stage,10) Making Vertical And Horizontal Markings,11) Preparing A Temporary Design And Introducing Temporary And Permanent Traffic Organization;12) Finishing Works - Restoring The Area Around The Investment To Its Original State.2. The Detailed Scope Of Works Necessary To Carry Out This Investment Has Been Specified In The Technical Documentation, Stwiorb, And Bill Of Quantities, Which Constitute Annex No. 10 To This Swz.3. During The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Continuity Of Road And Pedestrian Traffic.4. After Completing The Task, An As-Built Geodetic Inventory And As-Built Documentation Should Be Prepared, Including Providing A Copy Of The Basic Map Created As A Result Of The As-Built Geodetic Inventory. The Documentation Should Be Provided To The Ordering Party In Three Copies In Paper Form And In Electronic Version.
