Preparation Of Design Documentation And Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Ice Melting Chamber In The Hws Spodek Ice Rink Facility As Part Of The Investment Task: Modernization Of The Spodek Facility In Katowice. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Technical Design And Modernization Of The Ice Melting Chamber Located Within The Technical Infrastructure Of The Ice Rink Of The Spodek Entertainment And Sports Hall In Katowice. The Scope Of The Study Includes:A. Development Of A Technical Design For The Modernization Of The Chamber For Melting Ice Snow Generated During The Maintenance Of The Ice Rink Of The Spodek Entertainment And Sports Hall.B. Carrying Out Construction Works Related To The Modernization Of The Existing Chamber Intended For The Collection And Melting Of Ice Snow Generated During The Maintenance Of The Ice Rink Surface, As Well As Improving The Functionality And Operational Safety Of The Facility In Accordance With The Developed And Approved Technical Design. The Planned Modernization Includes In Particular: 1) Replacement Of 4 Worn-Out Heat Exchangers Together With The Supporting Structure, 2) Replacement Of The Installation Supplying Heating Water (High Parameter) - Heating Medium From The First Revision To Ice Melting Chamber, 3) Replacement Of The Fittings That Cut Off The Supply Of The Heating Medium To The Chamber And Moved It To A Place Enabling Safe Operation, 4) Installation Of Devices Limiting The Temperature Of High-Parameter Water To 25-40 ° C, Ensuring Proper Operation Of The Ice Melting Chamber, 5) Widening The Chamber Chute Opening And Securing It Against Access By Unauthorized Persons, 6) Sealing And Installing New Moisture-Proof And Thermal Insulation Of The Ice-Melting Chamber, 7) Adapting The Structure Of The Chamber To The Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations, 8) Replacing The Steel Elements Of The Chute With Anti-Corrosion Protected Sheets Or Made Of Stainless Steel, 9) Carrying Out The Necessary Construction And Installation Works Aimed At Safely Pouring Ice, 10) Replacing The Fittings That Cut Off The Flow Of The Heating Medium In The Chamber, Together With Moving It To A Place Enabling Safe Operation, 11) Modernization Of The Drainage Of The Ice Melting Chamber, Including The Implementation Sludge Settler, 12) Replacement Of The Inspection Hole Cover And Service Ladder. Quality Warranty Period And Warranty For Defects - The Ordering Party Requires That The Quality Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is 60 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Completed Subject Of The Order. Moreover, The Ordering Party Requires That The Warranty Period For Defects Be Equal To The Quality Warranty Period.
