1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Warehouse Hall. Located On Plot 110/5, District 061703_5.0017 Kębłów. The Task Was Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula2. The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into Two Stages: 1) Stage I - Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation, Obtaining All Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions Necessary For The Construction Of The Warehouse Hall Referred To In The Fup; 2) Stage Ii - Construction Works With The Designers Supervision. Stage I3. The Scope Of Work Within The Stage Includes: 1) Design Work Aimed At Implementing The Investment In The Field Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula For The Investment Task Titled: Construction Of A Warehouse Base Along With Obtaining The Arrangements, Permits, Decisions Required By Law, As Well As All Construction Works Regarding Works Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) And Those Not Listed, But Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Order.2) In Terms Of Design Documentation, The Contractor Will Develop: A) A Construction Design Together With All Arrangements And Obtaining A Building Permit, Taking Into Account The Previously Selected Variant Of Room Arrangement And The Agreed Concept Of Technological Solutions, Including: • Research Geotechnical (The Research Provided By The Ordering Party, Which Is An Annex To This Ffu, Should Be Treated As Illustrative - The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Up-To-Date Soil Tests And Will Develop Design Documentation Based On Them), • Plot Or Area Development Design, • Architectural And Construction Design, • Technical Designs (Technical Structural Design Provided By The Ordering Party, Which Is An Annex To This Ffu, Should Be Treated As Illustrative - The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Recalculations And Select Building Structure Elements), • Construction Design Annexes: Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Necessary Documents Required By Law, Consultation With A Fire Protection Expert And A Hygiene And Sanitary Expert, • Arrangement With The State Water Management Wody Polskie - If Required, • If Necessary, Carrying Out An Expert Opinion In Consultation With A Fire Protection Expert And Fire Brigade Services In Order To Obtain A Derogation From Applicable Regulations And Adapt The Building In Accordance With The Guidelines, • Obtaining A Decision On Environmental Conditions - If Required. B) Technical/Executive Designs Along With All Arrangements Covering: • The Architectural Industry, • The Construction Industry, • The Electrical And Telecommunications Industry, • The Sanitary Industry, • Land Development Plan C) Detailed Bills Of Quantities And Cost Estimates For All Industries, D) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, E) A Detailed Material And Financial Schedule.
