1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Commune Of Sędziszów Małopolski. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Implementation Of Works Consisting In The Construction Of 32 Units Of Household Biological Sewage Treatment Plants With A Capacity Of Up To 5 M³/Day Each, Located In The Towns Of: Boreczek, Cierpisz, Ruda, Szkodna And Zagorzyce. The Investment Will Be Implemented Based On Wastewater Treatment Technology Using A Rotating Biological Bed. Each Treatment Plant Must Consist Of A Monolithic, Tight Tank Made Of Glass Fiber-Reinforced Polyester Resin, Divided Into Four Separated Process Zones: 1) Primary Settling Tank; 2) Two Biological Sections With A Rotating Bed; 3) Secondary Settling Tank. The Bed Aeration System Must Be Implemented Through Forced Rotation Provided By A Dedicated Electric Motor. The Contractor Undertakes To Install Raw Sewage And Discharge Treated Sewage Using Pvc Pipes With Parameters Consistent With The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Raw And Treated Sewage Pumping Station (If It Results From The Design Documentation For A Given Location). Treatment Of Treated Sewage Will Take Place Through Infiltration Plots, Located - Depending On The Soil And Water Conditions On A Given Property - In An Embankment Or In The Ground.3. The Scope Of The Investment Includes: 1) Taking Over And Preparing The Construction Site, 2) Geodetic Marking Of The Planned Construction, 3) Delivery And Installation Of A Home Sewage Treatment Plant, 4) Construction Of A Sewage Connection, 5) Earthworks, 6) Construction Of Sewage Disposal Equipment, 7) Construction Of An Electrical Connection, 8) Technical And Technological Commissioning (Including Commissioning Of Control Systems And Possible Pumping Stations), 9) Tidying Up The Construction Site And Restoring It To Its Original State.4. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Execution Of The Order Are Specified In: Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), Draft Contract And Execution Designs, Which Constitute Annexes To The Swz.
