1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Titled: Purchase Of Materials For Conducting Thematic Workshops And Training.2. The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer.3. Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Workshop Assortment, In Accordance With The Technical Data Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Chapter Iii And Annex No. 1 To Chapter Ii Of The Terms Of Reference. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Appendix No. 1 To Chapter Iii Along With The Offer. It Constitutes A Detailed Valuation Of The Offer In The Proceedings In Question.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Involving The Repetition Of Similar Services/Supplies Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law 5. The Subject Of The Order Is Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order.6. The Implementation Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code, And The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law.7. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Requires The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Work Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including Physical Work, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 Of The Labor Code. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In Each Subcontracting Agreement Appropriate Provisions Obliging Subcontractors And Further Subcontractors To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Labor Code, Persons Performing The Activities Referred To Above. Before Commencing The Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit A Written Declaration Of Employment By The Contractor, Subcontractor Or Further Subcontractor, Respectively, Under An Employment Relationship Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Labor Code, Of Persons Performing The Activities Referred To Above. Together With The Declaration, The Contractor Shall Submit A Written List Of Persons Employed Under An Employment Relationship Who Will Perform The Order. Together With The List, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Evidence Of Employment Specified In The Contract Template Based On The Employment Relationship Of The Persons Indicated In The List.
