1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Hardware And Software For The Building Of The Zduny Commune Office In The Scope Of: Part 1: Purchase And Delivery Of Computer Equipment To The Seat Of The Zduny Commune Office; 2. A Detailed Description Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 7 To The Swz, Which Is An Integral Part Of The Swz, And In Annex No. 6, I.E. The Contract Template.3. The Place Of Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party At Zduny 1C, 99-440 Zduny. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense And At Its Own Risk. The Order Includes Delivery To Rooms Located Inside The Building And Renewal Of Licenses Held By The Ordering Party. 4. The Ordering Party Requires At Least 24-Month Quality Warranty For The Subject Of The Order, Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol. 5. The Contractor Is Required To Provide A Warranty For The Purchased Equipment In Accordance With The Manufacturers Terms And Conditions, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order And Issuance Of Warranty Documents. The Warranty Period Is Required To Be Equal To The Warranty Period.6. During The Warranty Period, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair The Equipment Within A Maximum Of 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of Reporting The Defect/Failure. By The Term Repair, The Ordering Party Understands The Implementation Of Activities Consisting In Restoring The Original Functionality Of The Equipment. Details Regarding The Guarantee Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
