Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Request For Participation: Construction Consultant For The Bank Of Finland Project. The Bank Of Finland (Hereinafter Referred To As The Procurement Unit Or The Customer) Requests Participation Applications In Accordance With The Procurement Notice Published In The Hilma Announcement Channel And Its Appendices. At This Stage, The Procuring Entity Is Only Waiting For Applications To Participate, And Only The Bidders Selected As Bidders In The Selection Of Participants Will Be Asked For A Bid In A Separate Request For Bids. The Request For Tender And Its Attachments Are Only For The Information Of The Candidates At This Stage. The Object Of The Procurement Is A Construction Consultant For The Bank Of Finland Project In Accordance With The Construction Program In The Appendix. Partial Offers Are Not Allowed, Because Dividing The Projects Critical Project Group Roles To Different Actors Is Not Meaningful From The Point Of View Of Responsibility Sharing, Nor Is It Cost-Effective Due To Manageability And Potential Duplication Of Costs. Alternative Or Parallel Offers Are Not Allowed. Framework Arrangement Based On The Competition, A Framework Arrangement And Contract For One Supplier Is Formed. The Contract Is Estimated To Be Signed At The End Of 2026. The Contract Period Is Until 31 December 2035, Ending Earlier If The Customers Projects Are Completed Earlier Or They End Earlier. The Maximum Value Of The Acquisition Is 12 Million. Euro (Vat 0%). It Is Not A Purchase Promise, But The Maximum Value Required By The Procurement Act For The Arrangement. The Maximum Value Of The Procurement Can Be Changed In Accordance With The Principles Of Section 136 Of The Procurement Act. Security Clearances All Persons Coming To Work At The Site And Contact Persons Are Subject To A Personal Security Clearance, To Which The Persons Must Give Their Personal Consent. An Approved Security Clearance Process Is A Prerequisite For Working At The Site, Processing Classified Information Related To The Site, And Processing Classified Documents. The Customer Also Has The Option, At His Own Discretion, To Order A Company Security Report On The Company That Won The Tender Before Signing The Contract Or, If Necessary, During The Contract Period.
