Architectural, Construction, Engineering And Inspection Services – Client Advice Regarding New Inpatient Unit For Regional Psychiatry Randers. The Client Consultancy Offer Includes Advice In Connection With The Realization Of A New Bed Section With 16 Beds For The Randers Regional Psychiatry. The Task Includes A Comprehensive Client Consultation From The Initial Planning Phase To The Delivery Business. The Clients Advisor Must Assist With Strategic And Technical Advice, Coordination And Quality Assurance, Including In Relation To Users, And Generally Contribute To Ensuring Holistic Project Implementation. The Clients Advisor Must Also Prepare An Illustrated Construction Program, Which Is Expected To Form The Basis For A Tender For A Turnkey Contract, Possibly With Early Contractor Involvement. The Clients Consultant Must Also Expect That There May Be Follow-Up Tasks Derived From The Task, Including Minor Design Tasks.
