Complete Geodetic Survey And Structural Survey Of Existing Transport Infrastructure, Located From The Beginning - The City Of Shumen, Veliki Preslav Blvd., In Land With Identifier 83510.680.503, Route - In Land With Identifiers 83510.554.9, 83510.256.21, 83510.248.28, 83510.566.4 And 83510.567.22, End - In Land With Identifier 83510.567.21 According To The Kkkr Of The Town Of Shumen. Activity 2 - Preparation Of A Complex Project For An Investment Initiative Under Art. 150, Para. 2 Of The Zut. The Complex Project Consists Of Two Independent Parts: Preparation Of A Project For Amending A Detailed Development Plan (Dsp) - Parcel Plan Of The Municipality Of Shumen, For The Regulation Of Land With Identifier 83510.554.9 According To The Cadastral Map Of The City Of Shumen. Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, In One With Quantity-Value Accounts For Each Project Part Separately. The Technical Project Should Have Been Developed In Accordance With The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut), Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001. On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 Of August 28, 2018 On Road Design, Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 Of December 20, 2017 On Planning And Design Of Communication And Transport Systems (Cts) In Urbanized Areas And Other Applicable Regulations. The Technical Project Includes At Least The Following Parts Geodetic Part, Electrical Part, Plumbing Part, Road Part, Permanent Traffic Management Part (Tdm) And Temporary Traffic Management Part (Tdm) And Fire Safety Part.
