Structural Steelworks – Track Conversion Of Track 206 To The Measuring Track At The Hamburg-Langenfelde Plant, Db Fernverkehr Ag. Db Fernverkehr Ag Is Planning To Convert Track 206 At The Hamburg-Langenfelde Plant To Create Measuring Areas For The Maintenance Of Rail Vehicles. The Aim Of The Measure Is To Build A Measuring Track And Several Track Sections With A Defined Track Position For Carrying Out Geometric Measurements And Wheel Contact Force Measurements On Rail Vehicles. The Measuring Ranges Are To Be Designed In Particular For Vehicles Of The Ice 1 (Br 401) And Ice 4 (Br 412) Series. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Planning, Manufacture, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Calibration And Final Acceptance Of The Measuring Areas In The Existing Elevated Track Within The Wagon Hall. As Part Of The Measure, A Total Of Approx. 168 M Measuring Ranges Must Be Created In Accordance With Din 25043 1 And Din En 15654 2. In Addition, The Scope Of Services Includes, Among Other Things: • The Dismantling Of Five Pairs Of Track Bridges, • The Construction Of A Total Of 10 Measuring Areas, • The Upgrading Of Two Track Pit Passages To Measuring Track Quality, • The Adaptation Of Existing Track Supports And The Construction Of Additional Support Systems, • The Complete Static And Constructive Implementation Planning Including Evidence, And • The Coordination And Implementation Of The Calibration In Coordination With Other Contractors. The Measuring Ranges Are Used To Integrate Wheel Contact Force Measuring Devices (Rakme), The Procurement Of Which Is Not Part Of This Award. There Is An Interface To A Separately Commissioned Contractor For The Rakme Systems. Construction Will Be Carried Out Taking Into Account The Existing Infrastructure In The Hall, Ongoing Maintenance Processes And Parallel Construction Activities. There Are Special Requirements With Regard To Statics, Occupational Safety, Grounding Systems And Compliance With Relevant Railway-Specific Standards And Guidelines. The Implementation Period Of The Project Ends On February 28, 2027.
