Recreational, Cultural And Sporting Services – Providing Recreational And Sports Services In Sports Facilities For Nask-Pib Employees. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Providing Nask-Pib Employees With Access To Various Sports And Recreational Facilities And Activities As Part Of Monthly Subscriptions. The Estimated Monthly Number Of Passes Is: 350 For Employee Passes, 50 Passes For Accompanying Persons, 20 Cards For Accompanying Persons Aged 15-26, The So-Called Student/Pupil Card, 4 Cards For Children With Unlimited Access To Facilities, 15 Cards For Children With Entry To The Swimming Pool. A) The Total Number Of Employees As Of May 13, 2026 Is 1,388 People. Due To Voluntary Participation In Access To Sports And Recreation Services, It Is Not Possible To Precisely Determine The Number Of Participants In A Given Month. The Minimum Indicated By The Ordering Party Above Is Consistent With The Provision In Section 1. B) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To The Possibility Of Reducing Or Increasing The Number Of People Using Sports And Recreation Services During The Settlement Period (One Calendar Month). 2. The Detailed Scope Of Services Is Specified In Sopz In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. Order Completion Date: The Agreement Will Be Concluded For A Fixed Period, I.E. 36 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement Or Until The Maximum Amount Of Remuneration For The Basic Order Specified In § 4, Point 1 Of The Agreement Is Exhausted, Depending On Which Event Occurs First Subject To The Ordering Partys Option To Exercise The Right Of Option Described Below In Chapter Iv, Section 5. Access To Sports Facilities For Users Will Be Provided From The Day Following The Provision Of User Ids, But Not Earlier Than July 1, 2026. 4.
