The Match May Be Ended Before The Regulatory Time If One Of The Teams Reaches 21 Points. In The Event Of A Draw At The End Of The Regulatory Time, Extra Time Must Be Played, With The Team That Scores 2 Points First Winning. The Presence Of A Letter Issued By A Recognized Entity At A National Or State Basketball Level Is Mandatory.
