Security, Fire-Fighting, Police And Defense Equipment – Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For The Delivery Of Cargo Pants For The North Rhine-Westphalia Police. With Regard To The Framework Agreement, No Minimum Purchase Quantities Are Agreed. According To The Case Law Of The Ecj Dated June 17, 2021_Rs C - 23/20 - The Client Is Obliged To Specify A Maximum Quantity In Order To Ensure Transparency And Freedom From Discrimination In Competition. A Call Obligation Cannot Be Derived From This. The Client Estimates That There Will Be A Need For Around 90,000 Cargo Pants And 15,600 Windproof Inner Pants Over The Entire Contract Period. The Maximum Quantity Of The Attached Framework Agreement Is 120,000 Cargo Pants And 20,000 Windproof Inner Pants.
