The Hus Group (Hereafter The Customer Or Procurement Entity) Requests Offers For The Complete Procurement Of An Automatic Paraffin Block Cutting, Spreading/Straightening And Drying System (Hereafter Cutting Machine). The Overall Procurement Includes The Delivery Of The Cutting Machine And The Commissioning Project, Maintenance And Support Services, As Well As Equipment-Related Consumables And Accessories Related To The Offered Cutting Machine Under The Conditions Described In More Detail In The Tender Request And Its Appendices. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Attachments Of The Request For Tender. The Cutting Machine Prints Sample And Identification Information On Glass And Can Be Integrated Into An Existing Lis/Lims System (Mylab, My+). The System Automates The Entire Process: Orientation Of The Paraffin Block, Cutting To The Adjusted Thickness, Transfer Of The Section, Straightening On The Glass, Stretching And Drying. Ensuring Standard Conditions, E.G. With The Devices Internal Cooling And Adjustable Stretching And Drying Temperatures. The Device Must Include Features That Improve Safety And Quality, E.G. Automatic Blade Change, Pressure Monitoring, And Paraffin Waste Vacuuming. The Lis/Lims Integration Of The Cutting Machine Is Implemented In The My+ System Via The Hus Data Network (Lan). The 2D Code Of The Paraffin Blocks Is Read And The Corresponding (Csv) Instruction File Is Retrieved From The My+ System, On The Basis Of Which The Section Thickness, Number Of Sections, Glass Type And Print Content Are Defined. The Device Automatically Prints The Desired Fields And A 2D Code On The Glass With A Precision Such That It Can Be Read By Digital Scanners. The Device Must Enable At Least One Clip To Be Attached To The Glass. In Addition, It Is Desirable That Two Clips Or Similar Samples Can Be Attached To The Same Glass At The Same Time. - The Procurement Contract For Cutting Machines Comes Into Force When Both Contracting Parties Have Signed The Contract. The Agreement Is Valid Until The Contracting Parties Have Fulfilled Their Contractual Obligations. - The Contract Period For Equipment-Related Supplies Begins When Both Contracting Parties Have Signed The Agreement. The Contract Is Valid Until Further Notice. The Contracting Party May Terminate A Contract Valid For An Indefinite Period In Writing, Subject To A Notice Period Of Six (6) Months. - The Validity Of The Maintenance Contract Begins When The Contract Is Signed And Continues For One Year At A Time Unless Either Party Terminates The Contract. The Contract Termination Period Is Three (3) Months On The Customers Side And Six (6) Months On The Suppliers Side, Unless Either Party Terminates The Contract In Accordance With The Contract Conditions In Appendix 1. The Tenderer Prices The Products And Services Included In The Overall Service With The Product Appendix. During The Contract Period, Products Belonging To The Product Groups Covered By The Contract, Which Are Not Identified In The Product Appendix, Can Also Be Purchased In Accordance With The Anticipated Value Of The Purchase (See Purchase Contract).
