The Subject Of The Performance Of This Contract Is The Delivery Of Performance Expected Within The Planned Subsidy Project Holographic Module For 3D Nanoprinting Registration Number Fw12010359. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Services Connected With The Further Development Of The Control System Of The Optical And Electronic Subsystems Of The Prototype Of The Laser Stereo-Lithography System Working On The Principle Of Two-Photon Polymerization (Slw-2Pp). Part Of The Public Contract Is The Supply Of Services Including, In Particular, The Work Of Programming The Control Sw/Firmware Based On The Requirements Described In The Technical Specification Of The Contract, Testing And Implementation On The Lithographic Device. Technical Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract: A. Design And Implementation Of Control Of Slm/Dmd Modulators Following The Existing Device System, Including Ensuring Switching Between Aod / Slm / Dmd Modes And Their Combination (Hybrid Recording Modes) B. Design And Implementation Of Synchronization Between Modulators (Slm/Dmd), Aod Unit, Table Movement (Xy, Z) And Laser Blanking, Including On-The-Fly Recording Mode C. Design And Implementation Of A Method Of Data Control Of Modulators Including The Generation, Transmission And Timing Of Amplitude And Phase Matrices Following The Exposure And Movement Of The System D. Integration Of Algorithms For Generating Amplitude Masks And Phase Holograms Into The Control Sw And Api, Including The Possibility Of Their Dynamic Change During Exposure E. Design And Implementation Of Modulator Calibration Routines (Spatial And Intensity Calibration) And Correction Of Energy Distribution (Dose) In A Point Or Field F. Optimization Of Writing Strategies In Step & Repeat Mode With A Focus On Seam Suppression, Control Of Field Overlaps And Treatment Of Boundary Conditions G. Design And Implementation Of Combined Recording Modes (Modulated Field + Table Movement, Combination Of Planar And Vector Recording) Including Dynamic Recording Modes H. Implementation Of Adaptive Change Of Voxel Size (Trace Size) Using Slm/Dmd Modulation And Modification Of Control Procedures I. Preparation Of Tools For Experimental Control Of The System And Testing Of Recording Modes, Including Evaluation Of Quality, Speed And Reproducibility J. Software Modularization Allowing Easy Addition Or Removal Of Modules (E.G. Table Control Module, Dmd/Slm Control Module, Aod Control Module, Etc.) K. Creation Of Dll Api Libraries Of The Control Sw So That Individual Functions Can Be Called From An Independent Gui And External Applications L. Creation Of A C++ / Python Api, Including The Implementation Of Existing C-Script Functions Of The Vector Mode Into The Python Environment M. Ensuring The Optimization Of The Operation Of The Control Sw With Regard To The Integration Of New Modules, Synchronization Mechanisms And Extended System Functionalities N. Ensuring Technical And Software Support For The Proper Operation Of The Systems On Which Work Is Performed By The Contractor For The Duration Of The Contract, Including Cooperation In Experimental Verification And Debugging Of Functions Pursuant To § 36, Paragraph 8 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Awarding Of Public Contracts, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right That A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Performance, Which Describes The Current State, And Which The Contracting Authority Develops And Protects As A Trade Secret For A Long Time, Is Set Out In Annex No. 4 Of The Procurement Documentation, Which Will Be Provided To Each Participant In The Tender Procedure In A Reasonable Manner In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 96, Paragraph 2 Of Act No. 134/2016 Coll., On The Awarding Of Public Contracts, Against The Signing Of The Confidentiality Agreement, Which Is Annex No. 5 Of The Procurement Documentation. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. The Contracting Authority Does Not Intend To Discuss Offers With The Participants.
