The Intent Of Providing Housing Is To Ensure Health Care Staff Have A Safe, Comfortable, And Modern Accommodation Experience After Providing Health Care Services To The Community.Northern Health Is Seeking Expressions Of Interest From Proponents For The Provision Of Housing And Housing Related Services In Tumbler Ridge.The Maximum Annual Budget Will Correspond To The Market Rate In The Community For The Provision Of Housing And Housing-Related Services. The Desired Start Date For Occupancy Is June 15, 2026, Though An Earlier Or Later Start Date, Or Gradual Acquisition Of Units May Be Negotiated.
