Ventilation Installation Work – Mittenza For Muttenz – Kulturhaus Conversion And Renovation I Bkp 244 Ventilation Systems. The Municipality Of Muttenz Is Planning To Renovate And Partially Convert An Existing Multi-Story Building Within The “Mittenza” Complex In The Historic Town Center. The Complex Includes Several Structures; The Subject Of This Project Is Exclusively The Former Hotel And Congress Building. The Building, Built Around 1975, Is Part Of An Ensemble Of Regional Importance And Is A Cantonal Listed Building. After A Period Of Partial Vacancy, The Building Will Be Repaired And Put To New Use. The Large Hall Remains Available For Cultural And Social Events. In Addition, There Will Be Rooms For Administration, The General Music School And Other Club And Community Uses. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Ventilation Systems For The Renovation And Conversion Of The Former Hotel And Congress Building. The Order Includes In Particular The Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning And Coordination Of The Ventilation Systems Including Air Preparation, Air Distribution, Duct Systems, Fire Dampers, Insulation As Well As All Necessary Additional Work In Accordance With The Tender Documents And List Of Services. The Building Is Located In An Inner-City Environment. During The Construction Period, Special Consideration Must Be Given To Local Conditions, Construction Site Logistics As Well As Residents And Adjacent Public Uses.
